The owner of an old, inadequate space required a brand new 90,000 sq. ft. building to house manufacturing and testing areas, offices, and employee facilities. Mott hired a local consultant to prepare preliminary drawings for their new building and chose Abcott Construction as a working partner to complete the project. We used a Butler pre-engineered building system to construct a new home for Mott in Brantford’s Northwest Industrial Park. The new facility was completed on budget and on time.
