The 10,000 sq ft of shop space utilizes a pre-engineered building. The frame was designed to support the crane rails, thus eliminating steel work required for an independent crane system. |

The project was a flagship store for Honda because it not only needed service/sales areas for cars but also for their power equipment line. |

Designed by Scoler and Lee Architects it includes a Customer Rental Service area. Administration Offices. Service Department. Drivers Lounge. Parts Department. Service Bays. Wash Bay. Tire Storage Area and Fuel Island.
The use of conventional construction with the economy of pre-engineered building construction for the service bays gave the owner an attractive. economical building.
