We used a pre-engineered Butler structure studded with rows of high bay windows that allow light to flood into the new space. The natural light enhances the workspaces within. creating a more pleasant environment while contributing to energy savings.
The bright atmosphere in this new addition coupled with the energy efficient lighting and money-saving motion sensors are examples of our attention to design detail. |

This 132,000 sf multi tenant building was designed to suit a unique site configuration which required angled exterior walls and careful placing of four loading docks for four possible tenants.
32' 2" interior clear heights to allow for future racking was also required.
The Butler Building System including the MR24 standing seam roof system has been used on numerous projects for this client. |

Manufacturing facility of metal fenders for the trucking industry. Abcott was one of five original bidders asked to prepare proposals for this project; we were the only company to submit a complete package including drawings. The Owner felt Abcott was his only choice. We used Butler steel and cladding for the office structure in lieu of conventional steel. |

This 105,000 sf coil handling bay was built in two phases, it includes 42' eave height, 30 ton top running cranes and truck drive thru bays for loading and unloading of steel coils.
The Butler pre-engineered structure was designed with step columns to support the crane runways and included exterior steel cladding colour specific to this client. |

Constructed to house Pickling Line No. 7. the second of two lines completed by Abcott Construction for Nelson Steel. |
